The District accepts the following types of batteries at the District office or at the Tox Box:   

• rechargeable household batteries
• button batteries
• power tool batteries
• Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd)
• Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH)
• Lithium Ion (Li-ion)
• Nickel Zinc (Ni-Zn)
